Limited Brands DC-5
Location
This combination office and distribution center was retrofitted with Delta Controls. The Delta Controls Building Automation System includes control of all Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Lighting equipment. In addition, BCI installed a new dedicated high-speed LAN and worked closely with Limited Brands to develop an overall BAS network solution. |
Toyota North American Parts Center California (NAPCC)
Location
BCI designed and installed a full scale lighting automation system for Toyota NAPCC. The 1 million square foot facility utilizes a combination of motion detectors, scheduling and daylight harvesting schemes to control all of its lighting loads and to save energy. Toyota Motors Sales has standardized on BACnet based systems, and BCI has installed Delta Controls in several buildings at multiple locations under a national agreement. All buildings are interconnected and centrally managed through a Delta web-server. |

Motorists Mutual Data Center
Location
ArchitectureThe Motorists Mutual Insurance Data Center Delta Controls Building Automation System includes control and monitoring of a dry cooler farm, loading schemes for CRAC units, AHU, Heat Pumps, VAV's emergency generator, fuel systems and critical systems. The project includes BACnet integrations into AHU's, CRAC units, UPS units, switch gear, fuel systems and fire alarm monitoring systems. |
Grange Insurance Headquarters

ArchitectureThe Grange Insurance Headquarters Expansion Delta Controls Building Automation System (BAS) includes controls/monitoring of chilled water and hot water central plants, 8 Air Handling Units, an extensive under floor VAV system, data center monitoring and control along with a backup generator system.

Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital
Columbus, Ohio
The Ohio State University Medical Center is a state of the art
medical complex with over 12 buildings and 4 million square feet. BCI
has installed Delta Controls in several buildings and most recently the
Ross Heart Hospital. The new heart hospital project included integration
into the existing campus wide BACnet network, which is comprised of
BACnet devices from 3 different manufacturers.
